I am Glaisa Bautista, 38 years old, single with no kids. I have finished a degree of Bacheor of Science in Information Management in the year 2005.

I am currently working in a financing industry for 16 years now.

Duties and rwaponsibiities are:

Answering client phone inquiry.

● Queuing of PL and Refunds

● Encode refund in portal

● Endorsement of client’s other concern to different Divisions.

● Prints RCC for PL, Refund, CFP and OPEX;

● Releases PL, Refund, CFP and payments to suppliers;

● Captures photo for clients upon check release and save on the

desktop/google drive.

● Tags or posts releases and other applicable transactions in ELMS, Petty cash

and Queuing System, etc.

● Accepts Cash and Check payments and prepare deposit slip

● Issues Provisional vouchers or Official Receipt;

● Daily cash count and monitoring of funds

● Encashment of Petty Cash Fund and Refund Fund via Petty Cash Portal

● Encoding details in all cashier transmittals, DAFR and outgoing reports

● Encoding payment details in DCR and CMS (Petty Cash Portal)

Administrative functions

● Coordinates with the government agencies in processing legal documents, forms and contract

● Process the necessary licenses and permits of the branch

● Scouts/ searches for bidders

● Request quotation from vendors/suppliers

● Monitors operational/functional status of equipment, furniture and fixtures

● Prepares Job order for items that needs to be maintained and /or repaired

● Assists other division when necessary

As for househod chores I am responsible for cleaning tasks, laundry, shopping and other domestic chores. General cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming. and assisting with other kitchen tasks
