Hi, my name is Lou Andrew Maramba, but you can call me Drew. I'm excited about applying for any position available. I have been working as a customer service representative for 9 years and I handled telecom bills, troubleshooting their internet broadband and landlines handle travel accounts, which helps the clients to arrange their flights. I have also been part of a food delivery campaign where we call restaurants to place an order on behalf of the customer. I'm passionate about helping people when they need help. That's why I chose to become a customer service representative. I also have experience with Hubspot, Freshdesk and other platforms.
