I've been working as a domestic helper for 11 years, 6 years in Singapore and 5 years in Hong Kong. Most of my employers are Chinese that is why I knew more about the cooking of Chinese cuisine like some Chinese soups examples are watercress soup, old cucumber soup, winter melon soup and others, steam chicken, pork ribs or fish, grill chicken or pork, and other simple pan fry vegetables. I learnt how to handle kids and I love them especially playing and reading books with them after my work.
