Let me share a bit about myself. I was born on January 16, 1977, and I'm proud to say that I carry with me the values instilled in me by my upbringing. As for my civil status, I am single, devoting my time and energy to personal and professional growth.

In terms of personal strengths, I hold a deep faith in God, which serves as my guiding light in life. Additionally, I value humility, always open to learning and improving myself. Punctuality is a trait I uphold dearly, believing that time is a precious commodity that should be respected.

I have had the privilege of gaining valuable experience in customer service roles.

My journey began as a Customer Service Associate at Global Axxess Solutions in Baguio City, where I honed my skills in assisting customers and addressing their inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. This experience laid a solid foundation for my career.

Subsequently, I joined Phoenix BPO in Baguio City as a Customer Service Representative. During my tenure, I further developed my customer service skills, ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with clients. This role also allowed me to enhance my communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
